一、目的与任务生产实习是培养本专业学生所必须的一个实践性教学环节它是在学生基本学完专业理论课程、进行了材料综合实践，并即将进行毕业论文工作的情况下进行的生产实习的目标是1•通过实习使学生将所学专业理论知识与生产实际相结合，从而进一步巩固、加深、扩展专业知识面，并使之更加系统化2•通过参加实际生产过程，使学生熟悉生产实际环境，对产品的生产、组织、技术管理及材料制备、测试、分析等方面有初步的了解3•培养学生深人实际的工作作风，增强劳动观念4•通过学习，使学生大概了解本专业目前在我国的发展水平，增强社会责任感

二、内容、要求与进度安排1•内容1了解材料制备、测试的主要仪器设备，了解材料的主要制备过程2主要学习生产工艺原理、主要工艺条件、主要工艺设备3生产过程中污染物排放4生产过程中污染物的控制措施2•要求1要求学生写实习日记，将每天搜集的资料、听取的专题报告及心得体会等记在实习日记本上2必须写出实习报告在实习的最后一周，学生应根据搜集到的资料等写出实习报告报告应简明扼要，文字清晰，论述有条理3•进度安排时间总共为2周，有效工作时间为10天

三、考核与成绩评定根据学生所写的实习报告并结合学生在实习期间的表现来评定实习成绩，成绩分为优、良、中、及格、不及格五个等级

2.Content,requirement andschedule

2.2Requirement1Students need to write the clinicaldiaries whichinclude theinformation collected,thespecial report and theirfeelings andexperiences aboutthe report.2Students mustwritethe internship report.In thelast weekofthe internship,students shouldwritetheinternshipreport accordingto theinformation collected.The reportneedtobebrief andto thepoint,the textclear andmethodic.

2.3ScheduleThe periodis2weeks,including10working days.

3.Assessment andachievement evaluationThefinal gradewill beevaluated bytheinternshipreportand the students,performance in theinternship period,and itis evaluatedas excellent,good,middle,pass andfail.

4.The professionalpractice isalways conductedoutside school,and thetime isintheseventh semesterofAugust toSeptember.There willbe twoteacher inevery classandthepurpose isto givefull playtostudents9initiative andenthusiasm.And thestudents cangrouped accordingto specificsituationin theinternship units.Besides,the teachersshould payemphasis onstudents,security inthe periodofinternship.。
