二、单元教学规划单元主题及主要内容分析单元主题Pub I i cho Ii days主要内容分析节日与学生的生活紧密相连,我国进行节假日改革后,很多传统节日成为国家法定节日,这为学生了解中国的传统文化提供了一个新的契机本模块的话题是“公共节假日”,通过学习本模块,学生可以了解中外重要节假日的名称,并了解中外不同的节假日庆祝方式以及中西方的文化差异本模块第一单元前两个活动向学生传达了同一节日在不同国家的庆祝时间和庆祝方式都不同的信息拓展了学生的文化视野,同时也为下面的文化学习奠定了基础接下来的对话中,托尼、baby、玲玲和大明一起谈论了国庆节这一话题他们分别谈论了中美两国国庆节的由来不同的庆祝方式以及家人的节日活动安排学习对话的过程中,学生要注意日期的表达方式、序数词的构成和朗读方式,这也是模块语音部分最着重训练的内容第二单元的文章较为详细地描述了美国感恩节的来历、人们的庆祝方式及其意义虽然越来越多的中国人开始了解感恩节,但人们对感恩节的来历及其文化寓意并没有全面的认知通过学习这篇文章,学生可以更加全面的了解感恩节,知道感恩节是一个家庭团聚的日子,是重续友情的时刻,有很多令人愉快的庆祝活动在完成本单元的学习后,教师可以引导学生讨论人类为什么要设立节日?人们庆祝节日的目的有哪些?因以此加深学生对节日文化内涵的理解

5.学情分析九年级的学生已经具有了基本的英语学习能力,也基本培养起了学习英语的习惯本单元给学生介绍了美国一个非常重要的节日,为了培养学生对中外文化差异的认识,建议利用图片,视频等比较直观的方式给学生展示美国的感恩节在讲这篇课文的时候要注意帮助学生划分段落,知晓段落大意并总结,在完成下面表格的同时要复述课文,能够掌握节日写作的基本思路最后,要鼓励学生写自己喜欢的知晓的中国节日,提倡爱国意识教学目标单元教学目标课时教学目标
