一、形容词和副词的最高级形式的构成
1.学生们观察例词,发现他们的规则,与同学们讨论,并记下来

二、形容词的最高级的用法
1.形容词的最高级前一般要加定冠词the,但如果其前有形容词性物主代词或名词所有格等修饰语时,则不再用定冠词the如This isthe oldesttheater inLondon.He ismy/Toms bestfriend.
2.形容词的最高级常与介词in或of短语连用,说明比较范围一般情况下,如果主语与介词短语中的名词属于同一类,用介词Of;如果不是同一类,则用介词in如He isthe tallestof theseboys.Sam isthe youngestin hisclass.
3.形容词的最高级前可用序数词,二者共同修饰后面的名词,其结构为“the+序数词+形容词的最高级+名词如The YellowRiver isthe secondlongest riverinChina.
4.“one of+the+形容词的最高级+复数名词”,意为最之一”如Miss Wangis oneofthemost popularteachers inour school.
三、副词的最高级的用法
1.副词的最高级前面可以加定冠词the,也可以省略如The tallboy sangthemostbeautifully.
2.副词的最高级常与介词in或of短语连用,说明比较范围一般情况下,如果主语与介词短语中的名词属于同一类,用介词of;如果不是同一类,则用介词inV.PracticeWork on3a:
