一年级下学期语文教研计划一年级下学期语文教研工作计划指导思想本学期,我们一年级语文教研组以提高教师的教学研究水平和学生的综合素质为目的,落实教学常规,优化教学过程,不断提高教育质量注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,将工具性和人文性统一起来主要工作
一、研究教材特点,增加实验意识对一年级教师进行集中培训I,集体备课要求每位教师在课前认真钻研教材、教师教学用书、义务教育课程标准,做好教材分析
二、重视课堂教学,活跃研究气氛课堂内外重视学生的经验和体验,根据学生的知识设计活动内容和研究素材,创设多种语境,培养学生的观察能力与语言表达能力教师做到课课反思,提升自己的教学和科研能力
三、抓好常规教育,培养研究惯针对一年级学生的身心特点,培养学生良好惯,促进学生全面发展和终身发展
四、采用多种方式,提升教学质量每上好一单元的课及时进行单元形成性练;同时在班级和年级组定期和不定期的开展不同形式的语文活动,如开展“听写比赛“帮助学生巩固生字词今后还将陆续开展“写话小能手”、“识字小明星”、“故事大王”等活动,让不同层次的学生都能体会到研究的乐趣、成功的感觉
五、开展教研活动,解决实际问题每位教师都要认真参加每次的教研活动,根据教研主题和教学内容先自己备好课,主讲教师应准备充分,使教研活动具有实效性
