1.0Purpose一该程序的目的在于-The purposeof this procedure isTodefine theminimum Health,Safety andEnvironment requirementsrelating tomanualhandling atUBR projectjobsites andoffices.界定在作场所以及办公室内执行人工搬运作业所需遵照的最低健康、安全和环境要UBR求范围
2.0ScopeThis Standardshall beapplied toall theUBR personnel,contractors and theirsubcontractors,Jian Liand visitors.Contractors may,however,when agreedthrough theUBRproject engagementprocesses,utilize theirown standardsand proceduresin sofaras the requirements of their standardsare atleast equivalentto those of thisStandard,thoseof applicable Nationaland BeijingLocal regulationswhich should be readandcomplied within conjunctionwith thisStandard.本标准适用于全体人员、承包商及其分包商、监理和访客然而,承包商在经过公UBR司项目流程批准之后,可采用自身的标准和程序,但前提是此类标准和程序的要求至少与本标准相当,并符合所有适用国家和北京当地法规(需与本标准一同理解和遵照)的要求术语和定义
