2020网络E1POS故障排查

E1P0S故障排查—、开始E1P0S问题故障现象多表现为，刷卡失败率高，冲正率高，POS机侧交易超时等，此类问题多与线路质量相关，定位故障的思路是:首先查板卡硬件，之后排查线路质量，最后检查业务交易报文1•板卡硬件排查通过命令查看接口连接状态，及接口时隙下错包，判断线路质量及板卡是否有问题板卡接口在存在交易时候接口无法UP,则可能为板卡硬件问题；接口存在大量错误报文则与线路及板卡硬件相关，需进一步排查命令display posastatus terminaldisplay interface feminterface-number例如查看接口连接状态UP,及对应时隙下无错包[H3C]display posastatus terminal丁军工观In型IIPType Interface用工State1FCI Fo6/0:

2.线路质量检测EIPOS板卡要求运营商线路使用无损编解码方式，推荐使用TDM交换，使用G.711无损编码，使用G723,G729等有损编码容易造成交易失败，对于线路质量可通过命令查看接口时隙报文统计与电话拨打测试方式排查命令display posastatistics terminal例如显示POS接口和应用收到和发送了正确的报文，没有错误的报文,表明业务正常Terminal IDReceive SendPktErr InDiscardedOutDiscarded[H3C]display posastatistics terminal将POS机更换为电话，拨打接入号码，要求在10秒内可听到清晰的Mode m音

3.线路排查通过拨打电话方式测试，要求在10秒内可听到清晰的Modem音，也可以抓取单板侧PCM报文确认

4.业务报文测试路由器收不到POS机发送的报文，可以通过如下方式排查，设备开启debugging posaan开关，POS侧进行交易，查看debug信息中是否有接口的POS交易报文，或根据主叫号码抓取POS业务交易报文命令debugging posaall例如:例ml0/0:
