2021.Aswelookbackontheyearsofhardworkanddedicationthathavebroughtustothismomentitisclearthatthestudentsbeforeustodayhavetrulyearnedtheirdegreesanddeservealltherecognitionandpraisethatcomeswithit.Iwouldliketobeginbyacknowledgingandthankingallofourdistinguishedguestsfacultyfamiliesandfriendswhohavejoinedusheretodaytomarkthisspecialoccasion.Yourpresenceoffersourgraduatesthesupportandencouragementtheyneedastheyembarkontheirnewlivesbeyondthewallsofthisinstitution.Itisnosecretthatthelastyearhasbeenoneofthemostchallenginginrecenthistory.TheCOVID-19pandemicpresentedunprecedentedobstaclesandadversitythatrequiredextraordinarysacrificesandresiliencefromourstudentsfacultyandstaff.Againstalloddsourgraduatesperseveredandhaveemergedstrongerandmoredeterminedthanevertomakeapositiveimpactonsociety.AswecelebratetheaccomplishmentsofeachandeverygraduateIchallengethemtoembracethespiritofperseverancethathasbroughtthemthisfarandtocontinuetopushtheboundariesofwhatispossible.Yourdegreeisnotsimplyacertificateofcompletionbutasymbolofyourambitionpassionandpotentialtomakeyourmarkintheworld.Asyoubeginyournextchapterknowthatyouareenteringaworldthatisindesperateneedofyourtalentsandexpertise.Thechallengesfacingoursocietyarecomplexandmultifacetedandtheydemandinnovativeandthoughtfulmindslikeyourstofindsolutions.Whetheryouchoosetopursueacareerinbusinessscienceeducationoranyotherfieldknowthatyouhavethepowertoshapethefutureforthebetter.Iwouldalsoliketotakeamomenttospecificallyaddressthegraduateswhohaveexperiencedsystemicinjusticeanddiscriminationthroughouttheirlives.Knowthatyourstrugglesdonotdefineyoubutratherhavestrengthenedyouandequippedyouwithauniqueperspectiveandstrengthofcharacterthatisinvaluable.Yourpresenceandcontributiontosocietyareessentialandyoursuccessisapowerfulrebuttaltotheforcesthathavesoughttoholdyouback.FinallyIwanttoleaveyouwithonelastthought.Rememberthatyoureducationdoesnotendwithyourdegree.Ratheritisthefoundationuponwhichyouwillbuildalifetimeoflearningandgrowth.Bealifelongstudentinvestinyourselfanduseyourknowledgeandskillstocreateabetterworldforall.Congratulationsonceagaintothegraduatingclassof
