2023.Thisreportwillreflectmyteachingexperienceandachievementsthroughouttheyear.Mygoalistoshowmyprofessionalismanddedicationtotheteachingprofession.TeachingSituationIntheyear2023ItookontheresponsibilityofteachingEnglishtoaclassof30primaryschoolstudents.MystudentswerefromvariousbackgroundsbuttheyallsharedacommoninterestinlearningEnglish.TheschoolwhereItaughthadagoodreputationforEnglishteachingandthestudentshadhighacademicexpectations.TeachingMethodToenhancemystudentslearningexperienceIadoptedavariousteachingmethodsinmyclass.IusedmultimediatoolssuchasvideosaudiofilesandPowerPointslides.Ialsousedinteractivegamesandactivitiestoengagemystudentstomakelearningfunandeasy.DuringclassIfocusedonspeakinglisteningreadingandwritingskills.Igavefrequentteststoevaluatemystudentsprogress.ThroughfeedbackfrommystudentsandtheirparentsIwasabletofine-tunemyteachingmethodsandimprovemyteaching.AchievementsThroughmyhardworkanddedicationasateacherIwasabletoachieveseveralimportantaccomplishmentsduringtheyear.FirstlymystudentsEnglishlanguageproficiencyimprovedsignificantly.TheywereabletospeakEnglishfluentlyandtheyshowedgreatimprovementintheirlisteningreadingandwritingskills.Theresultsoftheirtestsandexamsshowedamarkedimprovementfromthepreviousyear.SecondlyIsuccessfullypromotedEnglishlanguagelearningbeyondtheclassroombyorganizingextracurricularactivities.IorganizedseveralfieldtripsdebatesandculturalpresentationswhichgavemystudentsanopportunitytopracticetheirEnglishlanguageskillsinareal-worldenvironment.LastlyIstrengthenedmyprofessionaldevelopmentbyattendingseveralprofessionaldevelopmentworkshopsandconferences.TheseworkshopshelpedmetolearnnewteachingstrategiesandtechniquesandtokeepabreastofnewtrendsanddevelopmentsinthefieldofEnglishteaching.ConclusionInconclusiontheyear2023wasaproductiveandsuccessfulyearasaprimaryschoolEnglishteacher.MydedicationandpassionforteachingEnglishmyadoptionofeffectiveteachingmethodsandmycommitmenttoprofessionaldevelopmentresultedinsignificantimprovementsinmystudentsEnglishlanguageproficiencyandoverallacademicperformance.LookingforwardIwillcontinuetostrivetobeabetterteacherandtopositivelyimpactmystudentslivesinthecomingyears.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
