我的秘书岗位点滴DearDiaryAsIsitatmydeskreflectingonthepastyearasasecretaryin2023Icanthelpbutfeelgratefulforalltheexperiencesthathavecomemyway.WhenIfirststartedthisjobIwasnervousandunsureofwhattoexpect.ButnowafterayearofworkingcloselywithmybossandlearningtheinsandoutsofthecompanyIfeellikeIhavetrulyfoundmyplacehere.Oneofthebiggestchangesinmyjobthisyearhasbeentheincreaseduseoftechnology.AIassistantshavebecomemoreprevalentintheofficebutmybossstillpreferstohaveahumantouchinhisdailyworkroutine.WhilesomeofmycolleagueshavebeenreplacedbyautomatedassistantsIhavebeenfortunateenoughtokeepmyposition.OneofthemainreasonsmybosshasdecidedtokeepmeonisbecauseofthepersonaltouchIbringtomywork.Inotonlyhandleadministrativetasksbutalsoprovideemotionalsupportwhenneededespeciallyduringstressfultimes.OverthepastyearIhavecometounderstandhisworkingstyleandhavebeenabletoanticipatehisneedsbeforeheevenasksforthem.InadditiontomyroleasasecretaryIhavealsotakenonseveralotherresponsibilitiesthathavehelpedmegrowbothpersonallyandprofessionally.Oneofmyfavoritetasksisplanningcompanyevents.Fromlarge-scaleconferencestosmallofficepartiesIhavebeenabletoputmyorganizationalskillstothetestandcreatemeaningfulexperiencesforouremployees.Ihavealsohadtheopportunitytoworkonvariousprojectsthathaveallowedmetodevelopnewskills.ForinstanceIwasrecentlyputinchargeofrevampingthecompanyssocialmediapresencewhichwasadauntingtaskatfirst.HoweverwiththehelpofmycolleaguesandmybosssguidanceIwasabletocreateasuccessfulcampaignandengagewithouraudienceinameaningfulway.Anotheraspectofmyjobthathaskeptmeonmytoesisthefast-pacednatureoftheindustry.Withtechnologyevolvingsoquicklyitcanbedifficulttokeepupwiththelatesttrendsandknowledgeinthefield.ButIhavemadeaconcertedefforttostayup-to-dateonthelatestsoftwareandtrendsintheindustryattendingconferencesandtakingonlinecourseswhenpossible.ReflectingonthepastyearIhavecometorealizethatbeingasecretaryissomuchmorethanjustansweringphonesandschedulingmeetings.Itisaboutbuildingrelationshipsanticipatingneedsandprovidingexemplaryservicetothoseweworkwith.Whiletechnologyhascertainlychangedthewayweworkitwillneverreplacethehumantouchthatwebringtotheofficeeveryday.AsIlookaheadtothefutureIamexcitedtoseewheremycareerasasecretarywilltakeme.WitheachpassingdayIamlearningnewskillsmeetingnewpeopleanddiscoveringnewopportunities.ToanyoneconsideringacareerasasecretaryIwouldsaythis:embracethechallengesstaycuriousandalwaysbewillingtolearn.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
