1、接受管理公司的统一管理,遵守该广场装修手册及管理公司不时为该广场公共地方及设施之日常管理事宜及在确保租赁双方之共同利益而不时制定及修改之物业管理守则.Toaccepttheunifiedmanagementofthemanagementcompanyandobservetheplazadecorationmanualandthedailymanagementmattersofthepublicplacesandfacilitiesintheplazaandtherealpropertymanagementrulesworkedoutandamendedfromtimetotimetoensurethemutualbenefitorinterestsofbothparties.

3、乙方在租赁期内,必须以合理谨防措施,保护该物业内设备及装修设施无损(自然折旧及由于第十三条款所列原于是引致的损毁除外)乙方不得擅自改变该物业的结构、用途及装修乙方如因故意或者过失造成该物业及其设备与装修设施的毁损,须负责恢复原状(自然折旧除外及由于本合同第十三条款所列原因而引致的损毁除外)或者赔偿合理之经济损失,并且毁损该物业内牵涉到该广场的大厦中央系统设施及设备(包括消防、保安、空调、通讯、电器等系统)的维修,由管理公司指定该广场或者该物业专业人员负责维第16页编号BY-HT-01431修,费用由乙方承担乙方如须重新装修该物业需获得甲方书面许可,方可由乙方委派装修工程公司负责装修,重新装修费用篇二与Danny补充协议(中英文)补充协议为更好地保障学校及外籍教师双方的权益,明确各自责任,以利于教学工作的顺利开展和教师生活的安全有序,特增加约定如下甲方乙方
1、在学校为老师租住的住处,仅供教师本人居住,不得留宿他人,以免发生意外
2、外籍教师在校工作期间,应文明言行,不得与教师或者学生发生任何不当友谊或者相互关系(如谈恋爱等)
3、学校仅负责支付住宿费用,不包含水电费和上网流量费等其他生活费用,此类费用应由居住老师自行负担鉴于老师第一次来京,不少情况不熟悉,出于人文关怀,学校首次为其支付电费1200度600元人民币的费第17页编号BY・HT・01431用若截至11月30日,实际消耗电数超出1200度,则其余由自行负担若2022年之后,老师继续执教,则学校每月可为其负担200度电的费用,超出部份自负水费由个人负担学校为其负担宽带网的开通和初装费用,但每月教师个人应按比例负担约合90元人民币的流量费本次,老师按居住时间应负担3个月的费用270元整
