初中英语教师个人工作总结3AsamiddleschoolEnglishteacherIhavehadaproductiveyearteachingandlearningwithmystudents.ThroughthisyearIhaveimprovedmyinstructionalstrategiesandteachingapproacheswhichhavecontributedsignificantlytobothmypersonalandprofessionalgrowth.ThroughoutthisacademicyearIhaveoverseenclassesofover25studentsdailyandeachdayIhavestrivedtobringabetterlearningexperiencetomystudents.OneoftheprimarywaysIhaveachievedthisisbysettinghigherteachingandlearningexpectations.Ihavesetgoalsformystudentsandprovidedthemwithampleopportunitiestoachievethesesuchasthroughworkinginpairsorsmallgroups.Byfreeingthemofperceivedlimitationsandensuringtheirsuccessstudentshavelearnedtobelieveinthemselvesfurthermotivatingthemtoreachnewheightsinacademics.TobeasuccessfulteacherIhavelearnedthatitisessentialtobepatientwithstudentsespeciallyastheylearnnewconcepts.Ihavealsoadoptedvariousapproachestoaccommodatedifferentlearningstylessuchasusingaudio-visualaidshands-onactivitiesandreal-lifescenariosthatappealtotheirinterestandtriggertheircuriosity.Similarlyitisnotenoughtojustinstructstudents;Ihaveworkedonbuildingrelationshipswiththemtakingthetimetounderstandeachstudentslearningstylestrengthandweaknesses.Oneofmystrategiesforreachingeachstudentisbyidentifyingtheirstrengthsandweaknesses.Thisstrategyentailssettingupformativeevaluationsprovidingfeedbackonperformanceandregularlycheckingtheirprogress.ForinstanceduringthelastweeksbeforethesemestersendIprovidedstudentswithapre-finalexamtohelppreparethemforthefinaltest.ThisexamhelpedmeidentifystudentsnotperformingattheirbestandIprovidedthemwithpersonalizedassistance.ItwasntalwayseasybutIhadtounderstandeachstudentsuniqueneedsnottoleaveanyonebehind.Asaneducatormygoalisnotonlytoimpartknowledgebutalsotoinstillvaluesthatyoungindividualsrequiretosucceedinlife.RespectforoneselfandothersdisciplineteamworkandcreativityaresomeofthevaluesthatItriedtomodeltomypupils.Inthiswayitwaseasiertobuildarapportwiththemsincewesharedsimilarvalueswhichfurtherhelpedintheiracademicsuccess.Ivelearnedthatexcellencedoesnothappenovernight;itisachievedthroughimprovementovertime.ThisyearIparticipatedinafewonlinecoursesandseminarstohelpmeimproveprofessionally.FromLearninghowtointegratetechnologyintheclassroomtohowtointeractwithstudentswithemotionalandmentaldisorders.WithmyacquiredknowledgeandskillsfromthesecoursespairedwithmyyearsofexperienceIhavethetoolstocreateanengagingandinclusivelearningenvironmentformystudents.FinallyasouracademicyearhascometoanendIhavelearnedthatthereisalwaysmoreroomforimprovementasamiddleschoolEnglishteacher.Iwillcontinuetochallengemyselfasateachertobettermyperformanceandcontributemoresignificantlytotheacademicgrowthofmystudents.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
