小学四年级英语教师年度工作总结学生评价与反思IntroductionAsafourth-gradeEnglishteacherthepastacademicyearhasbeenayearoflearningbothformystudentsandmyself.Ithasbeenayearofchallengesfindingsolutionstoteachinthemidstofthepandemic.Teachingingeneralisarigoroustaskbutthisyearhasdemandedevenmore.ThisyearIhavetriedmybesttocreateanurturingenvironmentformystudentstolearnandgrowintheirEnglishskills.Ihavedonethisinseveralways-bycontinuallyevaluatingmyteachingstrategiesbeingopentonewideaslisteningtofeedbackfrommystudentsandcreatingacurriculumthatalignswithcurrenttrends.InthisworksummaryIwillsharewhatIlearnedthisyearandhowIappliedittomyteaching.IwillalsodiscussmystudentsachievementstheirfeedbackandtheareaswhereIcanimprove.TeachingStrategiesThisyearIusedaproject-basedteachingmodeltoencouragemystudentstolearnbydoing.Igavethemprojectsthattheycouldworkontogetheringroupsallowingthemtolearnfromeachother.ThisteachingmodelhasworkedwellasIcouldseemystudentsbecomemoreconfidentandengagedintheirlearningprocess.AlsoImadeuseoftechnologythisyeartooffervirtuallessonsthroughZoom.Thiswasasignificantadjustmentforbothmystudentsandme.StillastimewentonIlearnedhowtobestutilizethisplatformtomakeourvirtualclassesmoreinteractiveandengaging.Anotherstrategythatworkedwellthisyearwasconsistentassessmentsandevaluations.Iregularlyevaluatedmystudentsprogressthroughregularclassworkquizzesandexams.Thishelpedmeidentifythestudentswhoneededadditionalsupportandensurethattheyreceivedit.StudentFeedbackAttheendoftheschoolyearIaskedmystudentstoevaluatemyteaching.IreceivedpositivefeedbackfromthemastheyappreciatedtheapproachItooktoteachthemEnglish.ManyofmystudentsfeltthattheyimprovedtheiroralandwrittenEnglishskills.TheyalsomentionedtheyfeltmoreconfidentintheirabilitiestocommunicateinEnglish.Howeversomestudentsalsostatedthattheyneededmoreone-on-onehelporadditionalpracticematerialstobetterunderstandsomelessons.Itookthisfeedbacktoheartandusedittoimprovemyteachinginthefuture.AreasforImprovementWhileIampleasedwiththeprogressmystudentsmadethisyearIrealizethatthereisstillroomforimprovement.OneareaIcouldimproveinisdevelopingadditionalmaterialsthatwillengageandhelpstudentswhoarehavingdifficulty.MoreoverthoughIusevariousteachingmethodsIstillneedtoexploremoreteachingtechniquestoensurethateachstudentoptimallylearnsandunderstandstheirEnglishlessons.ConclusionThisyearhasbeenquitealearningexperienceformeasanEnglishteacher.WhiletheunexpectedpandemicmadeitchallengingtoteachIamgratefulfortheopportunitytoadaptandbecreativeinmyteachingmethods.OverallIamproudofmystudentsaccomplishmentsthisyearandappreciatetheirfeedback.IwilltaketheseevaluationsandsuggestionstoheartasIcontinuetodevelopmyteachingapproach.ItsbeenaproductiveyearofteachingandIamoptimisticaboutanevenbetteryearahead.第PAGE页共NUMPAGES页。
