1.Creatingalessonplan:TheEnglishteacherswithintheteachingandresearchgroupwillworktogethertodevelopacomprehensivelessonplantocatertothenewcurriculum.ThelessonplanwillpaysignificantattentiontothefourmajorEnglishlanguageskillsbeingreadingwritingspeakingandlistening.Eachteacherwillfocusonthedevelopmentofspecificskillsintheirclassroomandtheywillworktogethertocreateacohesiveplan.

2.Interactivemethods:Theteachingandresearchgroupwillintroducemoreinteractiveandpracticalmethodssuchasrole-playingaudio-visualaidsskitsetc.tomakethelearningprocessinterestingandfunforthestudents.Forinstancethestudentswillbeencouragedtoreadandcomprehendaspecifictopicandsubsequentlypresenttheirlearningintheformofaskittotheirpeers.Thisexercisewillallowthestudentstoutilizetheirlanguageskillsinafunandinteractiveway.
